Wanted to bump this up, hoping maybe someone has some ideas of where else I cab apply.
Its a month later and I haven't heard back from any of the facilities I've applied to, with the exception of one place (long story. Let's just say I learned my lesson about asking questions in the interview about patient ratio and med administration policies.)
Any advice or ideas of where else to apply are appreciated!

Anyone know of places that are hiring in middle TN? I've applied to every hospital, LTC/Nursing Home, and office/clinic I can find on google in Maury, Rutherford, Williamson, Davidson, and Moore counties! I've had 1 interview, attended 2 career fairs (going to another on Tuesday at Baptist Hospital in Nashville), but no job offers yet. I did have one from the VA Hospital in Murfreesboro, but they could not hire me due to policy stating I had to have my license by the time the job posting closed online (took my NCLEX the day it closed, so I was not eligible.)
I have spent every day for the past month filling out applications online, calling recruiters at hospitals, calling/emailing clinics and offices asking if they are hiring and/or accepting new grads. I've turned in resumes and cover letters in person, tried to connect with people on LinkedIn, and utilized everything I can think of to network and get my name out there. I'm kind of at a dead-end of what to do & where else to apply. I can't move out of state (or too far from Williamson county) since my husband just got a promotion at his office.
I'm kind of at a loss of what else to do, where to look, and how to help my chances. I know it is hard for new grads right now, especially ASN grads, so I am trying not to get discouraged. I'm willing to start out wherever and get my experience, I just need to find that "somewhere"!
Any advice, tips, leads will be appreciated!
Side note: I've got my ASN so I cannot apply for Vanderbilt.
