UPDATE: Changes: New Log In Requirement

Starting this discussion for anyone who has applied for the Children's Dallas/Plano Feb 2026 new grad residency. Lets keep each other updated :] Good luck guys!  

Thank you I appreciate it. I actually have a non peds hospital job lined up but I'm giving it one more chance to see if I can get in at Children's. You'll find something! I applied everywhere and interviewed at Parkland and Cooks and wasn't hired. DFW is so over saturated right now but there are jobs to be found

Children's is so competitive and they told us that. It's good that you have a job lined up. I feel it's easier to get a job once you have nursing experience. And thank you! I have two interviews coming up. So I hope I get something.

Does anyone else's status still say under review? Is it safe to assume I didn't get selected for an interview at this point?

All emails were sent out last week. If this is your first time applying it's pretty normal. This is my third time applying. If I didn't get the email the week before interviews then I didn't get picked

I see, thank you! It is my first time applying but considering that interviews are this week and I didn't hear anything it makes sense.

I was told every unit has to submit their decisions by Friday and then recruiters will start making calls by mid-end of next week!
