Hi y'all making this discussion for anyone who has applied to Children's Dallas/Plano new grad residency for their July 2025 cohort! Best of luck to all : )

NOPE, but do not lose hope I know the recruiters often times wait to compile all the offers and if you interviewed with more than one they usually wait till the entire hospital has submitted them. Please do not lose hope. I have been praying so much since the interview and know that if the offer is not extended YOU ARE NOT less of a nurse. You are resilient and you will fit somewhere God has intended for you. Breathe and just let it be. I know it is easier said than done but never lose hope and if this round is not for us, we TRY AGAIN. 🙂 My bf said follow up 1.5 weeks since your interview so give it till 2/28 Friday at noon. Then bug the recruiter I believe it is Jala and Claire.

I know yall are saying to hold out hope and stuff but I genuinely think the calls r done 🤷🏼‍♀️

Wouldn't at least one of us have heard back at least one phone call? I genuinely believe some recruiters take a little longer, I will only hold on to hope until I get a big fat rejection letter email.

That's what I'm trying to figure out. Either there are not many people on this forum any everyone got calls Friday, or many of the units have not heard back, I'm hoping for the latter.

Thats what I was thinking but im hoping that's not the case and that they still need to call more

Hey yall just to update I just received an email from the recruiters regarding congrats on the offer and the next steps and receiving official offer letter soon and some FAQs about residency and benefits. She stated they have over 70 offers to manually process
