New grad relocating to Dallas Summer 2017

I am going to be moving to Dallas from WI after I graduate in May 2017. Hoping to see if there is anyone else in the same boat and where you are in your application process. The only open application that I am seeing so far is UT Southwestern. I have not seen any openings for Methodist, Parkland, or Baylor. Would be great to get any advice from other people moving down there, or any new nurses in the area.

The Dallas nursing employment market has been overly saturated with new grads since about 2009/2010. This is just a heads up...

If you will graduate in May, you might want to start looking for the new grad residency openings in February. It is conventional in this area for new grads who desire hospital employment to secure it a few months prior to graduation.
