I've heard that Kern Medical Center, over in East Bakersfield, is hiring new grads.

Yeah I just interviewed about 2 weeks ago for a new grad in San Joaquin Community Hospital. I found out last Friday that I got the job. I think that they have another new grad program coming up this summer but not sure.

Hi Nursebunny04. I applied to San Joaquin Community hospital in October and is waiting for a call from the hospital. I hope are still working for the hospital. So I have a few questions for you. Your answers would be much much appreciated.

1. How do you like working for the hospital

2. How was your interview?

3. any information or tips about your interview experience would be much much appreciated.

4. Did you require high GPA?

I know Memorial Hospital is hiring for their new grad program that starts in Feb. Check out the CHW website under careers, I was just looking at it last night.

Hiya! I know that Kern Medical Center, Mercy Hospital, Bakersfield Memorial, and SJCH all have new grad programs. It wouldn't hurt to just surf their websites. I was apart of the new grad program at San Joaquin Community Hospital and I'm still there :) Good luck!
