New Grad Opportunity at Rady Children's Hospital

Hi! I was fortunate enough to receive a new grad opportunity at Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego. It's something I've always wanted, and I'm happy to be leaving the LTC facility I've been working at. Has anyone completed the new grad residency at Rady? If so, what was it like?

Hi there!!! I know this is an older post, I hope you still check! I was wondering how you liked the new grad program and Rady's as a whole? It's my dream to get into their new grad program... I still have quite a long time before graduation but I like to prepare :) Do you have any tips or recommendations to strengthen my chances?
