My practice paid for everything: NPI, DEA and all the credentialing which is about $250 per hospital.

Specializes in allergy and asthma, urgent care.

My practice also pays for all of the above, including my state RN/NP license, state controlled substance license, and ANCC re-cert fees.

My employer reimbursed for both of these. If you want your DEA license, you will most likely need your CDS (controlled dangerous substanes) license first. This was also something I was reimbursed for.

Specializes in CT ICU, OR, Orthopedic.

My employer is paying for my DEA. Which is $700+. My understanding is that employers typically pay for that sort of thing, and relicensing, and CEUs. But I'm new to this, and have not yet signed a contract....so, we will see.
