New grad, need help deciding career path!

Hello everyone, I will be graduating from nursing school very soon and I am going straight into a bridge BSN program after.

What I am trying to get insight on right now is what specialty path I should head towards?? Some background on me, I have been a CNA for 4 years in longterm, SNF, assisted living, and a year as a float CNA in a large hospital. That job allowed me to explore different units and the ones I'm most drawn towards are Emergency nursing, CVICU, and possibly pediatric acute care. I've never had experience in Peds but I am thinking I would be well suited for a job as a PICU nurse or other peds inpatient unit. I realize that these may not be where I start out but I am applying for an internship and am wanting to have a better idea of where I should say I want to work.

Any advice on where to start or stories on how you decided your specialty would be much appreciated!! Thank you.
