i'm a new grad who recently graduated with my bachelors degree in august and pasted my boards in october. i have been to 3 interviews since then and i was recently offered a job from 2 of the three hospitals for the same unit. hospital a is a smaller hospital, it is not updated no medication cart, it smells a little funny, and i really did not have a good vibe when i walked onto the unit. it a big unit and they have problems with staffing their techs so you know what that means, i'm going to be doing double the work. and this unit is
a telemetry unit. and its further away from my home about an hour. it is a full time position. hospital b is also a small hospital but it just joined with [color=#4c4c4c]meridian health in nj. so even through their system is a little behind i know it will change and they
told me about all the changes they are going to have soon. this hospital is also a telemetry unit and also full time with benefits. hospital c i worked for them for 2 years
as a tech and i floated around the hospital. this hospital is much more advanced and it is morristown memorial hospital, although they did not offer me a position yet, the interviewer seemed really interested. this hospital did not offer me full time but a per dim with full time hours, no benefits. i don't know what hospital i should choose. i love hospital c but hospital b is also good also.
help any advice. all of these jobs are located in nj

Honestly, as a new grad I would choose the hospital that I thought was going to be the best working environment and where I could learn the most. However, I would be concerned about getting enough experience right off the bat in a per diem position, even if promised "full-time" hours.
Also, congrats on having to make this "difficult" decision, we should all be so lucky :)

Hey there. I also graduated in August and passed the boards in October but I have not even had any interviews since then! I have been trying and trying and been applying online like crazy! No one ever calls me back and i keep getting the same old lines eveytime i call. If you dont mind, can you help out a fellow new grad such as myself? I mean what hospitals are you referring too? How are you gettin call backs? I almost feel like giving up and started doubting the field i choose because for me the nursing market is HORRIBLE! Everytime I say Iam a new grad, I get turned down immediately! So please can you PM the hospital names or HR contact info? I am willing to do anything to get a job. you can email too...[email protected]. Thanks
