New Grad moving to another state

Hi everyone. I am hoping to get insight into new grad nurse residency programs in other states other than Cali. The catch is, it needs to be near a Navy/Marine base. My bf is getting new orders soon and we need help choosing where might be my best option for (1) a new grad position (2) a decent commute (3) a cool place to live (4) preferably good weather 

We're looking into SC, NC, RI, WA, FL... Any help is much appreciated!!

Would not your decision rest on.. where your boyfriend is  assigned???

He can choose his top choices and there is a good chance he will get where he chooses... we are just stuck on where to go since there are so many options. Just trying to get insight on new grad programs near bases.

Not sure how much notice you need but if he is the more flexible one then it might be best to just apply to residency programs at the places you're already looking into and then see which ones, if any, offer you a position.
