I graduated last May and was losing all hope in finding a job, much less my dream job in L&D. But, after a year of trying, I finally have an interview on Tuesday for L&D! I want this job so badly and feel this will be my one and only shot. I am going in with no experience and I feel like maternity in school was so long ago! Any advice on what I can spend the next three days prepping on? I assume they will ask me scenario-type questions but I have no idea what type of questions they would be. Any advice for this newbie? I have been searching other similar threads but figure I could use any new info. Thank so much!!

Gosh, it was almost two years ago, let me see if I can remember some questions asked. I can recall being asked about newborn assessment, pre-eclampsia questions and lab values, several scenarios, "what would you do if..." type questions. It was actually a pretty intense interview for a new grad with no experience~lol. But I ended up getting the position and have been there almost a year and a half. Good luck!
