3. Can You get a ASN if you have a B.A. in another field

   Just like everyone else said, Yes, it's possible. I had a BA before nursing school and chose to go the CC route for an ADN. Now I'm getting my BSN through a state school. It's taking longer than an accelerated program, but the price works for me! :0)

   Southern CA graduated 05/13 ADN passed NCLEX 08/13 NO JOB yet so I went back for RN-BSN currently in RN-BSN program have been applying but still no job offers or interviews.

   Congrats, RN!!! Isn't it THE BEST feeling?!! especially seeing your name on the site? I agree Saunder's and the Kaplan Q bank were helpful to study for the NCLEX. I also used apps on my iphone that had NCLEX questions when I was on the go. Good luck...
