They are definitely hiring right now. And it seems they are always hiring. I just saw a new nurse in the elevator with her orientation binder. :) If you google Paradise Valley Hospital National City you will get the website and you can check jobs from there.
Good luck to everyone applying!
Hi everyone,
I know this thread is a bit old but I just wanted to know what the new-grad experiences are like for RN's and the COL.
What are the nurses like on the unit? I would love to be in labor and delivery.
I'll be moving from Toronto so is the wage enough to keep an affordable life style?
Thanks for all your help.
hey all!
I'm a new grad and i'm interested in working at paradise valley hospital. I put in my app for a couple of positions posted on their site, but a friend of mine said that sometimes they post positions as a "formality" when there really aren't any. Does anyone know if PVH is actually hiring right now?
Thanks so much
K

Hello All,
I am eligible to take my NCLEX in January. My worst fear is not landing a job (family, Ramen noodles dinners, etc.) . I am thinking about starting my career at Paradise Valley Hospital in Nat. City (San Diego). I know that the new grad precepts w/ an experienced nurse; not like a formal "new grad program." I kind of like this approach. I am wondering about any new grad or experienced nurses experiences at Paradise. I just need some advice on the starting salaries, daily experiences, or anything. Thanks all!!
