New grad Boston Area

Hi all, I'm from Massachusetts and I live around the northshore area. I graduated in May and passed my boards in July. I know there are hospitals I can apply for in boston. But, I really want to start off in a small hospital, rather than applying for hospitals in boston. I'm not having any luck and have not received a call yet... I'm getting discouraged and I'm not sure what to do.. Should I just apply for hospitals in boston/is it a good idea to start off in a big hospital? The reason I do not want to apply for hospitals in boston is because I wanted to start off in a small hospital to gain experience and then eventually go into boston.

Hey Christina any luck? I am moving from GA to Boston and looking for hospitals now but only see job posts that require 1-2 yrs of experience. Just wondering what you ended up doing.
