New BSN Grad Tacoma Employment

OK I will be graduating in 2 semesters...smile. I have a health care administration background and will be looking for nursing employment in Tacoma. I want administration, case management, quality review. Can anyone tell me the positive side of not gaining experience in med/surg (I get this in the Army Reserves) and secondly what medical facility would you recommend for what I am looking for. Maybe I am asking for too much, too soon?
