I made the mistake of doing this, and now I've got nosy co-workers e-mailing me about my replies and so on on this website.
I hate nosy people.

I'm wondering how MD's and other personnel can browse through your posts? Don't you log off after usage? Even if they do read what you post how do they know it's you who's posting?
Even though you log off and the pages pops up that says "all cookies cleared", that does not put you in the clear. The history might still be there, the temp files might still be there.
If they saw he/she/it sitting at the computer, that would be the indication of who it was posting.
I wouldn't risk posting at work. Nevermind what i said here, it's a matter of personal internet safety.
We have no internet access at our work except to connect to our Lab results and to www.bigbook.com to look up phone numbers. We also have email, but that is it. The reason was that too many people were shopping on line during work time. So, it was blocked. I doubt I would have logged on here anyway. I don't want to share my opinions with my co-workers. I'll keep them to myself. I also vent alot about things that are going on at work on this website and ask for advice. So I definitely wouldn't want them reading about my whining!!

Most of our computers are just for charting - no internet access available. We still have a couple that have connections, though, and sometimes if we have time we might check them out. Most people check travel sites, weather, email, etc. Nothing too crazy. If there is a really good thread going on All-nurses that I want to check out, I might surf on over, but I never log in and never post from work. When I'm done, I also delete the history from internet explorer. Yes, there are ways to recover the history, but most of my coworkers don't know how to do that so I don't think it would be a problem. Plus, there's nothing wrong with All-nurses anyways, so it's not like I'd get in trouble for being there. I have strived to stay anonymous for the years I've been on this site, but just in case, I don't post things that would get me in trouble with my coworkers or HIPAA.
