I have to take the NET test very soon, within the next month. I havent taken a math class since I was a junior in high school, wh/ was around 6 years ago! I am SO RUSTY on my math. Can anyone tell me of a good site that help me work on my math skills. I'm feel ok about the other sections. But any advice on those are MORE than welcomed too. I dont see many questions about the NET test anywhere. Is it not used very much?

Sorry, I don't know any websites, but the test isn't all that hard. The math part was pretty basic, +, -, x, /. Fractions, decimals, some division with decimals. The algebra part was VERY basic. Just watch your time. There was something I swear I've seen before, but couldn't remember what it was. eg: 3:25. Some kind of a ratio, not a time of day . I can't remember how I figured it out. For all I know, maybe I didn't, LOL.

I took the NET last month and I used a few study guides I found online. One is from victoria college. Just do a search for Nurse Entrance Test preparation. There are not too many that are free and give you practice problems but it helped me and I had not taken a math class in high school 8 years ago.

It has all sorts of math courses. I paid 25 dollars for one year. The course range is from basic math through advanced math such as Calculus. It works out each problem. I used it to test for my entrance test and passed the first time.
25 dollars allows you access to all math on the site.

The net is not that bad at all. Usually I freak when it comes to math. There were some very basic algebra questions on it- but mostly just general math. I did pick up a book from the college bookstore to help me study. You may want to see if your school carries it as well as borders, barnes & nobles etc. It did cost around $37 which I thought was a bit pricey. But honestly it didn't really help other than give me an idea of what to expect on the test and as a short refresher on the algebra. By the way passed the net with a 92. Good luck but really it isn't that bad.
