Hi guys,
I take my boards in approximately 2 weeks. I've been studying for about 4 weeks for it. For those interested, here are my scores for Kaplan Q Trainer & LaCharity:
Kaplan Q Trainer
Test 1: 53%
Test 2: 67%
Test 3: 59%
LaCharity:
Chapter 1: 65%
Chapter 2: 69%
Chapter 3: 91%
I plan on cramming QT tests 4-7 and the rest of LaCharity's chapters closer to the exam date. I'm such a nervous wreck. For those that already took the exam, what helped you decrease anxiety levels?
Would appreciate any feedback. Good luck to everyone who have yet taken the exam.

I took the Nclex on April 16th. Did the Hurst review for almost 2 months. Did not feel ready at all. One week prior to the Nclex I read a book by Kaplan "Nclex RN strategies for the registered nursing licensing exam" 2008-2009 edition. That book helped me so much more than Hurst review. I relieved my anxiety and I only wished I had read it long before. I personally dont feel that Hurst review is worth what it costs, its just review of things that we already now. The Kaplan book teaches you HOW to read the questions and gives good strategies for answering questions when you absolutely dont know the answer (and believe me you will come across those questions) and gets your mind set for the nclex. I highly recommend it. If you have two weeks to go...get that book and just do questions from now on.
So, after the nclex I got home and got the good pop up! From what I hear that is a good sign. Am still waiting to see my name on the BRN. Just do what you can...and although we all want to pass the nclex the first time, remember that if you dont pass, you can reschedule. You have already done the hard part, nursing school!!
Good luck to you!!! Please keep us posted on your progress :)

I have Kaplan's blue book and I'm also reading that :) I average between 70%-80% on the end-of-chapter test questions.
Just finished LaCharity's Chapter 4 and scored a 63%...
