Well I hate to say it...but my nerves got the best of me! I took HDLS3 on Saturday and got a big fat F...Thats right I failed miserably!! I thougth I was very perpared for this test, I even moved the date up cause I felt that comfortable. Now I have to wait 60 days til' I can take it again. This was my last test until the FCCA and the CPNE...my question is how do I prepare for this test agian and how do I stay focused. I was hoping to be done by feb, but now I have to wait to take this test again and then the cpne. I just cant believe I failed! Any words of advice or encouragement would be awesome!

sorry to hear that you didn't pass your test, but stay focus. I have read that some of the students called and got permission to re-take prior to the 90 days. just review where you didn't do great on. Don't get discourage.

Did you take the practice exams? You can purchase another set of practice exams, but I think you have to call to make sure you get a different set of questions. I don't think I would have passed a single exam without the practice exams, and reviewing/studying the rationales. So sorry to hear you did not pass. Keep up your studies, you can do it.. You are sooo close!

Sorry to hear that. Dont' get discourage. You're almost there . Take the practice exams those are so helpful and it also helps to look at the score sheet to look at the weaknesses from the exam.

Good luck

sorry to hear that...but don't give up cause your almost there. U worked so hard to be at this point and just use the practice exam. I hope for the best:up:

I did the same thing with my first test thought I knew this stuff and made a D just went back studied the areas I was weak in and got a B!! You can do this by proof that you passed everyone so far, just go back and study the areas you were weak in, do the practice exams - you've got this!! :loveya:

Sorry you did not pass, but don't be discouraged, just look at the areas you did not do well in or the subjects you didn't feel prepared in more closely. Take the practice exams and allow yourself enough time to get a good grade even if it takes the full 60 days. I remember when I first started on this board you were just starting out, and now you are almost a GN!!! I believe in you :-)

Just do it again and make sure you put the proper effort into it.

Aww that sucks! I wish you all the best at restudying! Do like the others said, use that print out you got from pearson and look at your % on each section, was there a couple that were just terrible? go back over that material thoroughly, make flash cards, highlight, buy supplemental material if needed, use the practice exams as a tool as well! You got this! you will be posting you "passed" it very soon i'm sure!
