I'm glad you passed everything. Did you make documentation errors? That could still get you in some trouble with the board. Definitely get a new job ASAP while your license doesn't have any mark on it. I would *highly* doubt you would lose your license for documentation errors but they could reprimand you by putting a disciplinary mark on it (if you made documentation errors) that future employers could see, so find a job now.
Ask the lawyer if you should get an assessment done by a psychiatrist to show you don't have an addiction problem. Also, I I brought old copies of my good job reviews to my hearing and that helped me. The only other advise I can think of is ask the lawyer if you should do CEU's that relate to the issue, such as medication administration or documentation, and bring that to the hearing. Good luck!
I looked at these briefly but hopefully some apply to you. The first one is expensive but is the longest and might be what I would do. The second one is also pretty good I think. Have your lawyer approve it too.

Recently, my employer met with me to discuss an internal Investigation re inconsistent medication practices, where I was basically accused of diversion of narcotics. I hired an attorney because they said they would be turning this over to the board. I passed a urine drug screen and hair follicle screen shortly afterwards. I would like to find a new job as I need the money, but I am scared of what is going to happen with the board complaint. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
