risk for bleeding r/t sp ex lap
The only thing was swallowing a razor blade!?! Was this intentional? Not sure how it couldn't be......what were the reasons? Any hx of swallowing objects? Lots of potentials here for the psych part. I didn't have any pts swallowing objects until beginning in behavioral health. Now, its still amazes me what pts can swallow and put in other parts. Kinda cool hey to have something a little different?

Yes it very different and if this was psych I would be jumping up and down but its not which means I need to do two physiological nursing dx and only one psych and i have my psych risk for suicide. I was thinking about risk for bleeding and something with safety.
