I can respect the position you're in but you don't want to "pad" the resume with fluff that is insignificant or possibly untrue.
Your resume should be short, concise, direct and to the point. You will land jobs based on merits of having a BSN and your license. Lack of recent clinical experience will not be a deal breaker.
Honesty, integrity and a passion for nursing are more important in landing that job. Sell yourself... your interview skills will serve you best.

just need some general resume help..i have my bachelor's in nursing, but haven't taken boards...i'm tryin to get a job in the hospital as a nurses assistant or whatever i can get, because i need a job and am hoping to brush up on some stuff since it's been 4 years since i graduated
