Need info on IV therapy training in WV

I have to do a power point presentation for my LPN class showing the requirements for iv therapy certification in WV. Can anyone out there point me in the direction of getting the rules/laws on this subject. Any help would be most appreciated.

Contact the LPN board for the practice statues on IV certification in WV. They will have a site or send you the info. LPN's may start IV after a formal class on how to start IV's, followed by a demo., then most places require 10 successful sticks, while a certified person watches. I have given the class, watched the demo(done on a fake arm) and followed many students thru the sticks. It takes practice. Look up the initial steps in the Lippincott Manual of Nursing, todays manual on most floors of how-to-do treatments and such. Good luck. It takes practice. Not every sticker is great all of the time, just take your time.
