i need help

My USRN license in Illinois State expired since 2014. Now i want to renew it by this time. I understand that i have to take 20 CEU's before i can renew. My problem is that, on its renewal services for RN, the choice option for RN is no longer there. The renewal for RN profession ended May 2016. (This is what i presumed). Pls advised me what to do for anyone who had undergone the same situation. I hope there are other things to be done aside from telling me to call Illinois BON. I need to do this online because i am a Nurse in the Philippines. I would greatly appreciate any help out there.

    Surely the Illinois BON web site provides an email for questions. I know that when I have had a question for my BON, they have responded in a very timely and helpful manner via email.
