Sounds like the OP is trying to lure some of the nurses on this board to make some confessions as well.....
I don't see that at all, it seems patently absurd to conclude that, and it really doesn't address the OP's post, which was a request for guidance so she could help a troubled friend.

If you read the thread, you will see that the friend had experienced some heavy duty trauma.

Where is your empathy, dearie?

Your friend is lucky to have you. The caveat about making confessions wasn't specific to her--it was a general suggestion borne out of my own sometimes bitter experiences.
