Need help picking good nursing shoes!

Hi all!

I need to buy a pair of white nursing shoes. I am new to nursing and don't know which brands are good, durable, comfortable, etc. I was hoping y'all could help me out! Please share your opinions on the shoes you love!

Nurse mates have some nice leather slip ons.

I recommend against the use of shoes with a rocker sole/ bottom such as those sold by Sketchers.

I wear van lace-ups at the moment and although I do not have any problems with them yet, I know I will need something more supportive down the line.

Any reason why you recommend against the rocker sole?

I alternated between Skechers with the rocker sole and the mary jane style Crocs with the leather upper for nursing school.

I am one who hates Danskos. I know a lot of people love them but they are horribly uncomfortable for me.
