Need help with nursing diagnosis please!

I need to come up with a nursing diagnosis for my health promotion class that relates to something that I am going to work on improving within myself. I have chosen to try to not eat as much chocolate and to eat a healthier lifestyle. The one I came up with is: Imbalanced nutrition r/t excessive intake AEB dysfunctional eating patterns.

Does this sound good or can you think of any other ideas to make it better.

Maybe give an example of a dysfunctional eating pattern....may be slightly more specific.

You could add :more than body requirements , if you already gained weight to include your BMI. Or :at risk for if you didn't.
