Need help with NANDA Diagnoses

This is probably going to sound a little weird but I think it might help me study so I'd really be appreciative of anyone who would be willing to help.

We're working on Functional Patterns and Nursing Diagnoses in class right now. I was wondering if a couple people would please give me a few medical diagnoses (asthma, COPD, etc) so that I could come up with some fake symptoms and work them out from there OR if you would give me a couple of symptoms (shortness of breath, loss of balance, etc) for me to work with. I just want some extra study time figuring these out. Thanks in advance.

I probably should give you a shove in a good direction so you don't end up doing work in vain. Diseases you will see most frequently in the hospitalized patients are things like strokes, pneumonia, emphysema, cirrhosis, congestive heart failure, bowel obstructions, and renal failure, with diabetes and dehydration as complications. People are admitted for treatment of any number of cancers as well.
