Need some help/advice

I am finishing up my school nurse licensure with the internship. I am already employed full-time as a school nurse. I am required to complete a learning agreement form, where I must list field and clinical objectives. I know what I do all day and everyday and what I need to do in the future, yet I am really struggling with how to list things the things I do. (I am finding it hard to narrow what I do down to certain objectives and standards and I hope that doesn't make me sound silly or uncertain in my job :) ) I'm just wondering if you all have already done this, or if you even had to do this as part of a class? I think if I could get a couple of good solid examples, I would feel better about what I am writing!
