Need to find websites w/ case studies

Hello fellow nursing students,

If anyone knows of any handy websites with case studies (for example;

fluid and electrolytes, respiratory system, or cardiovascular), I would like to hear from you. I believe that constant exposure to case studies

can only help my understanding of essential concepts. Any help would

be highly appreciated.

the only online nursing case studies i know of are here and they were done by student nurses on their patients and posted on the internet by their instructor a few years ago by medical disease:
