need crna info for school

Hi everyone. I am new to this forum. I am currently enrolled in a BSN program, and ultimatley wish to be a CRNA. At the moment I am in the middle of some research and I am hoping that someone here can help me. I need to interview a CRNA, find out the pros and cons of being a CRNA as well as any ethical issues related to the position. Also looking for an organizational chart. Info on these topics is sporifice to say the least, and I am hoping that some of you can help me with finding this info. You can email me directly if you would like at [email protected]. CKelly, You can go to the FAQ's and read what's there, and for anything specific go to archives or search this forum for a topic idea.

When I was researching info about CRNAs the following website was especially helpful. There's a web video even! Here it is:
