I took the test 3 times before I passed and can't say I noticed any similar questions from the previous one. Questions are changed every 45 days I think it is so you will get some similar or new questions. Best prepare as if you haven't taken the exam and practice questions

I took my NCLEX twice...and i didn't see the same questions...but I think that the second time was easier to me just because I really, really study this time...I did about 100-200 questions a day...and I only used two sources...and that was Saunders and Comprehensive NCLEX review by Mary A. Hogan!!! Good luck to you

Passed the second time w/ Suzanne's plan only.

Nope...me neither...had a totally different test than the 1st time. 2nd time mostly focused on teaching, priority, meds, delegation, and infection control...1st was the material mentioned in the 2nd time....PLUS psych, cardiac, maternity, endocrine, peds, blood, and anything else I forgot.
I did feel however, feel that the first test was alot HARDER...but that could be b/c I was really prepared for the 2nd time around...THANKS TO SUZANNE'S PLAN!
Good Luck to you and wishing you much success on the NCLEX!
thanks for the info! does it seems harder the 2nd time? or easiER??? SO I should focuse on priority? infection control? delegation? who to see first? because they will definetely ask ALOT OF those question?????
Just practice questions and understand the rationale to them, make sure you grasp what the questions is asking
