Need advice: Should I take A&P II and Chem together???

Has anyone taken both A&P II and Organic/Inorganic Chemistry during the same semester?

The only pre-requisites I have left are A&P II, Chem and Microbiology.

I decided to take both A&P II and Chem this semester (spring) but now I'm thinking twice.

I figure two classes won't be that hard, but I also want to do well.

I'm not sure if this is a wise decision and want to drop the class before the semester begins.

I was thinking of taking A&P II in Spring and Chem during Summer Session I.....

I took three classes last semester and did quite well. The hardest subject being A&P I.

Let me know your thoughts....

Thanks!

Out of the three that you have left, I'd take Chem and A&PII together and then take Micro in the summer.

My reasons are this:

*I hear that A&PII is easier than A&PI.

*Chem is different enough from either A&P or Micro (I'm told).

*Most people tell me Chem is harder than Micro, so I wouldn't want to shove Chem into a summer semester.

*Not that Micro isn't hard, which is why it's what I'd be focused on during the summer semester.

All of this, of course, is pure speculation, but it's what I'd do in your shoes. :)

I remember taking A&P I and Microbiology both in the summer semester. And I worked.

Just dedicate yourself to the process, and you'll be fine. Actually, I think it helps to take two hard classes together because you keep your focus.

All the best to you down your new path,

You should talk to your advisor about this. He or she SHOULD be trained to help organize schedules (notice I said SHOULD). To me, chemistry was the absolute hardest course I've ever taken. I got my first and only C in chemistry. So, I would probably be anxious about taking the two together but that's just me...

I'm currently taking Chem, Physiology, and Calculus together. I agree with Diane-RN, it helps me to stay focused when I take hard classes together. As long as you spend an ample amount of time on each class, you will be golden. :)

well depending on the classes last semester, those two classes this semester shouldnt be too bad, if you just study of course.
