I recently relocate to another states and had my license transfered. I've been looking for job as an Lpn for a while and finally found a nursing home literally around the corner from where I live. They in the process of doing background check and references check, which will not be an issue for me. As for the position it may either be prn or part time. My delimma is that I'm 21 weeks pregnant and due in March 2012, I m not really showing depends on the clothes I wear. I don't mind working till the last two weeks before the baby come, as long I don't go into early labor. So far this pregnancy has been excellent. My concern is in a months or weeks from now I maybe showing more, and don't want them to think that I m not stable or that I kept the pregnancy a secret.
My question to you guys is should I tell them when I start working that I just found out I'm pregnant, or should I wait when I m showing more. I want to be able to come back to the same facility after my maternity leave.
