Hi, I am currently an LVN student, but I plan of going for my RN (probably ADN since I already have most of the prereq's) shortly after I graduate. I am considering joining the Army Reserves Nurse Corps so I can further my education and skills to eventually get my BSN and perhaps ultimately get my CRNA.
My question is, what is the best route to go about this? Join the reserves as an enlisted LVN then become an officer once I am an RN? Join after I get my RN ADN? Also is it best to do ADN first then BSN or should I go straight to BSN? Does anyone know what kind of tuition reimbursement or assistance they give to nurses, is it fully paid for? Thanks for any help!
