Hi all, I am working on my grid, and I am wondering what is the best order to organize it.
I test in 3 weeks, so sometimes my brain doesn't want to function! If those of you who have passed can share, it would be much appreciated.

I didn't draw fancy lines or anything. On my first PCS I wrote my safety mnemonic, but I realized I was doing the steps during the PCS without referring to my "grid" and just left it off. I wrote my mnemonics on the back page but in no particular order except the 20-minute check was top left on the page. It helped to jog my memory when I was in the patient room to make sure I didn't leave out any critical elements, but since the number of assignments were different for each patient and some were long mnemonics and some were short, I didn't have a plan for lines. I was thinking outside the box. :) Don't get too wrapped up with this one. I failed, but I had good mnemonics.
