Well im going back for my 2nd time tomorrow 8am... Im alittle nervous but feel more prepared than last time.
I did all the questions (some twice) on NCSBN review website (would get anywhere from 50%-100% the first time take the tests) and worked on a few test in exam cram books...
Im really trying to stay positive about it and any prayers or good thoughts anyone wants to send will be recieved warmly :)
I signed up for the 8 week review through NCSBN (https://www.ncsbn.org/3506.htm) was $100. And i think that was the main reason i passed. I went through and did every single quiz, exam, question bank, The questions on NCSBN are very similar to NCLEX. when i was at work or didn't have time to get to the computer i used exam cram books (they have the regular book and the practice exam book i had both). I only studied Mon-fri, i always took my weekends off. I studied between an hour to 4 a day. usually i would sit and do questions on the computer while watching TV. but make sure you have a study plan. NCSBN actually gives you one with your payment and i stayed pretty close to that. the last few days i did about 400 questions a day. thurs, fri, and mon - i still took the weekends off. The exam cram book has a cheat sheet that was awesome too. But i would suggest any get the NCSBN program. i wish i would i have that the first time.
and thank you. When do you retake?
