2nd time around NCLEX plan and organize

i'm preparing for my second nclex. i've already have a date set for my orientation at a local hospital. they're holding my dream job (for 5 more months). i hope to review the saunder's review book over the next 20 days, and then start the 45 day program. giving myself a full day off, like suggested before my next nclex.

i thought i read 'better to plan and study, then schedule an exam.' however, currently i'm planning to set a date for the exam and work backwards from there. with my exam the week before october 20th. then counting 45 days for step 2 and 3. then the previous 20 for reviewing the saunder's. i don't see anything wrong with that.
