What should a potential CNA expect??
I am wondering if I should be prepared to perform any skills for this interview, know measurement conversions, etc.?
For those of you who work at hospitals, please give me some advice and experience you went through on your interview!

I never had to perform any skills or answer any knowledge based questions.
As far as a CNA goes, the interviewer (who has always been the manager/supervisor of the unit for me) wants to know what your goals are (nursing school? flexibility?) and how well you work with people. Being polite, approachable, open and friendly will get you a long way.
I definitely agree!!
thanks for your input :)
