Non-contributory would be my best guess.

third that ^
what does non-contributory mean??
It means no family history related/contributed to the admission diagnosis. For example, if a pt was admitted with an extremely high blood pressure, non-contributory would mean that there is no family hx of htn or possibly other cardiac issues. That doesn't mean there is no family hx of other health issues. It just means no family hx r/t current admission diagnosis.
