NCSBN Review??

I have been trying to figure out what to do to study for my 3rd attempt. I was thinking about just getting exam cram but I liked having Kaplan (although I didn't pass) I stumbled upon NCSBN review and I'm considering it. Has anyone used it?? Also should I do it alone or use other books like exam cram, kaplan, saunders ect. I am really looking for any suggestions. I also can't decide if I should wait to get my official letter in the mail before I sign up for something or not?? Everything I've read says the trick works and I got the CC page.

I hope thats not to confusing.

i used ncsbn, covered the q banks and passed on first try!

Saunders 4th edition for the content, and practice tests on nclex 4000.

How many practice questions is there in ncsbn review??? Or there is only review.. Plz can anyone explain to me....
