I think I would start by selecting the state I hoped to practice in and looking at their "Licensure by examination" requirements.

Please be patient waiting for replies.
I would think you need to talk with admissions department at the college of your choice to find out which if any of your international credits will transfer to their program. Every school is different.
Once you find that out, they will be able to recommend preparation courses.

Also, these are the google search strings I used, try:

international bachelors of nursing
ETA: Sour Lemon's response makes sense, too. I was thinking you would need to take the NCLEX after graduating and getting an Authorization To Test from a US school, but maybe that isn't the case.

I would start with hurst. I think hurst is the best for content review. I would do the hurst literally memorize the book. And then go to UWorld do ALL OF THE QUESTIONS. Then go back to Hurst and do some more questions. I know this may not be cost effective since it will be around 500 to 600 dollars, but if you want to get your RN I would suggest that.
If you do not want to pay for both. Since you do not have any experience and been out of the major for so long I would do hurst and memorize the book and do questions.
