So today I took a HESI exam that was supposed to be similar to the NCLEX and I felt like I forgot so much! I passed but there were many questions about different diseases and problems from OB and PEDs and I went blank on. So I am thinking that once I'm done with the program I need to review my books as well as do NCLEX questions. Should I do that or are the NCLEX books designed to refresh you as well. I've still got two rotations to go and have done very well so far but now I'm getting a bit uneasy. Any feedback would be great!
Thanks.

No amount of study and preparation will go to waste when you are successful at the NCLEX. I suggest studying as much as you can in the time you give yourself before the test. Do as many questions as possible, and study the rationales.
