NCLEX versus OIIQ EXAM

Has anyone taken both the NCLEX and the oiiq and can tell me how these two exams compare? 

I am a Canadian nurse who studied in English and I got most of my experience in the USA. Now that I have moved to Quebec I need to take the oiiq exam in order to get a permit. 

I guess I want to know how to prepare for the oiiq. Do you think that by doing NCLEX review questions I will be prepared for the oiiq? Resources to study for the Oiiq seem pretty scarce. 

How did you prepare for the oiiq and overall what would you say makes the oiiq different from the NCLEX?
