if you are an NCLEX passer do u still need to have a state board exam in canada?

Canada has totally different exams from the US and you still have to meet province requirements for IEN (International Educated Nurse). Looking on average 12 months to move to Canada. Most are also requiring some SEC. Plenty of threads discussing Canada ad the process in the International forum

Canada has provinces not states and colleges not boards.Be aware that most of the provinces require BSN for licensure.

The short answer is YES. The NCLEX is not accepted anywhere in Canada for anything. Please read the dozens of other threads about this subject.
