NCLEX and its vague"ness"

Published

Since I keep reading about how vague NCLEX questions are I was hoping someone could make up an example of a "vague" question or at least provide a little more insight.

I would greatly appreciate it!

I don't remember anything about the questions being vague. Questions can have two answers that seem equally correct at first but if you look at them carefully, you will see that ONE of them is "more correct" than the other. Or, more accurately, one of them is what you would do first, or more immediately, than the other, and depending on how the question is worded you would choose one over the other.

Vague, no. Requiring careful thought and thinking? Yes.

I also keep hearing the same thing! That it is very vague and i keep wondering what that even means :/
