NCLEX Today: What does it mean

So I took my NCLEX today, at 2 pm (4 1/2 hours ago). It took me less than 50 minutes. Shut off at 75 questions. 23 SATA, one math, a few ordered response.

Came home, tried the PVT. Continue to get the pop-up that says "The candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time."

What does it mean?

Update: I checked this morning at 7 am before I left for work and got the same message. However at 10:30 I checked at work and got the good pop-up! I can't get my quick results until tomorrow but it looks like a positive!
