The best way to know how to answer those types of questions, is to get the LaCharity P/D/A book........to take your NCLEX-RN without practicing at least the first 14 chapters of this book, will be doing yourself a disservice, as NCLEX is majority prioritization, delegation and assignment..........
Good luck on your next attempt.........
Thank you so much for willing to email them to me. My email is [email protected]
Are u taking your test in san Antonio?

Hey I sent you the informations and Im taking my exam in South Florida. The La Charity book is very helpful, but since you have your exam this week remember ABC's, Maslow's and know the scope of practice for NS and LPN's.
La Charity and QBank for my last week. MOST IMPORTANT: Prayer!
"Dear God, thank you for this opportunity. I know you put me here for a reason. If this is truly for me, I ask for your guidance as I study for/take the NCLEX. Help me to CONCENTRATE and to REMEMBER everything that I study today.
I ask for your blessing as I take the exam. Be with me in every question, that I may choose the best answer. I pray that I pass the EXAM. There is nothing that I can do now, You are in CONTROL. I LIFT IT ALL up to You. And I CLAIM IT! I will PASS the NCLEX on (exact date). Thank You, Lord God!"
Believe in it.
Ok I took my NCLEX today. It cut me off and either 125 or 126. I was so nervous and wasn't paying attn. I did the trick and at first it was telling me " the candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. An new registration cannot be created at this time". I then checked hours later and I got the pop up that says" our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam Please contact your member board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time" Sooooo. What does this mean??? Did I pass or fail??

hey i also took mine today and got the same pop-up which is supposed to be the good pop-up. i've tried it like 5 times already. i should be able to know for sure tomorrow night, florida post it early. it means we passed, but i'm still skeptical with a smile on my face, waiting for the official results.
i am just nervous cause it gave me 2 different messages but the the last one said to call the board. sooo nervous!!!
same thing happened to me, we received the first message because our test status was "ready for delivery" we tried the trick too early. when everything was finalized it turned to the second message and out status was "delivery successful". the second message is what's considered the good pop-up.
