Nclex test results

Hi everyone! I have a question I would just like to clarify...

I took my nclex yesterday and I want to know my results. I don't think I can wait 2-4 weeks for my letter! I was told by several classmates that Pearson Vue changed their system and that we can't use the "trick" anymore. Is this true?! Please help! and if it's still possible to do, can someone tell me how?? Thank you!!

With the old trick, it wouldn't let you register for another test if you passed. Now you have to submit payment for the next test. If you passed it will not accept the payment. If you failed, the payment will be accepted. Problem is if it takes your payment and you passed, you lose your $200 because it is non-refundable.

Wow, so matter what, you lose $200 pass or fail?!

If you pass, it is suppose to reject your payment and not charge you. If there is a glitch in the system and they charge you even though you passed, it is non-refundable.

Put in a old credit card that doesnt work and it works that way. thats what i did.

can you use low balance debit card? whats gonna happened? just curious..

I tried 4 days ago. And low balance card should be ok. But do remember if u didnt pass it might take ur money. I would go with a gift card or something cause than ur not risking anything. Good luck

Do I have to create a new account and try to register? Sorry for all the questions, clearly I have no idea what I'm doing!

I took my NCLEX exam on Sept. 4 and 3 hours after I got home, I did the "trick" (inputted all my credit card information and went all the way to submit, where it said I had already scheduled an exam). 3 weeks later, on Sept.28, I received results that I passed =)

_louiseeanne did u try it? No u dont create a new account. U log on and click to register again for a new test and keep following the steps.
