If you will be taking NCLEX and would like to be prayed for, can we start a fourm for this. I know that some folks are not into prayer and I don't want to offend anyone, but I sure need it!
PRAISE GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I PASSED NCLEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just wanted to thank all of you for your prayers. May God bless all of you that still have to take it & those who are waiting for results!"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will Succeed."- Prov. 16:3
Congratulations!!!! I am soooo happy for you. I know you would have done well and you are another testimony of how God answers prayers. May God continue to bless you richly. Please remember the rest of us in prayer as we test this month. Thanks!

Lord please be with us as we struggle through this seemingly stressful time. Allow us to pack tons and tons of nit picky information into our brains and Lord, grant us recollection of this information with ease. We have come into this field with helping others in mind and aiding them in their first and last breaths as you have as well. We ask that you grant us our passing so we can aid in your daily work, like you providing us with the brownie sundae and we, your nurses putting the cherry on the top. Thank you Lord for the chance to work with others and please Lord smile down on us as we prove to our states that we will make competent nurses.
GOD BLESS ALL.
Just wanted to encourage everyone if you have time to listen to Yolanda Adam's song "I'm gonna be ready". You can find the song on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3RG8dxfUG8 while listening to the lyrics contemplate and meditate on the words. I found it very inspiring to me and I hope you will as well. You all are in my prayers and thought and I know that God will bring us through victoriously! There is power in prayer.
Peace & Blessings!
Thank you and I will keep you in my prayers, as I'm sure you will do great! God Bless
Hi All tomarrow is the BIG DAY!! I test at 1400, in Charlotte NC. I have to say I am feeling more peaceful than I expected. I have had so much encouragement from so many people these past few days. I really did not want any of my friends to know exactly when I was going to test, but it is so hard not to answer when someone asks when you are testing. So....... I finally had to fess up and start telling people the first of last week. Many people at my church found out this morning during the Sunday school hour and offered prayers for me. And several people approached me during worship to let me know they would be praying for me. I guess the "cat's out of the bag!" I have been so prideful, not wanting people to know, thinking that if I failed people would think I am not smart. Some of my girl friends are going to meet tomarrow while I am testing to pray for me. Other people have prayed and will be praying for me again tomarrow. I would have missed out on all this support if I had try to keep it a secret. I also would have taken away the blessing of so many who have supported me along the way. I tell you this only because, if some of you are afraid to ask for prayer from the people you see everyday, you are robbing them from the blessing of reaching out to you. God bless you, and I :redbeathe you all!!Here is a prayer for everyone testing this week:
Good and Gracious father, I lift you up as the God Most High. Forgive my sins. I thank you for this wonderful day and all the love and support I have received. I am so blessed. I ask for your grace and mercy for those of us are testing this week. Father there are countless facts, disease processes, drugs and "things" to know about nursing. Let your spirit fill us and direct us as we attempt to answer these questions. Help us pick the best right answer enough times so that we may receive passing status. Keep our minds clear and uncluttered as we test, give us the peace, your peace, that transcends all understanding. In the name of Christ I pray, Amen.:redbeathe
I take NCLEX in 2 days and would greatly appreciate any prayers and/or positive energy anyone can send. I'm very nervous but have done practice Kaplan questions for the last several weeks, I must have done like 3,000 total. So I really know that I have done all I can do to prepare, the toughest part is trying to relax and not let the anxiety get the best of you :-) To anyone still working through Kaplan dont be discouraged by it's difficulty - I have heard it is most like the real NCLEX. Just aim for 60% or higher on the question trainers and QBank. It will start to click. Good Luck to all the future nurses!!!!!!!

mat25:40, you are in my thoughts right now, I know you started testing at 1400. I hope you are relaxed and all of you knowledge just sticks with you...I am testing tomorrow at 1300 am I am abnormally calm. Hope that is a good sign. I have taken it all off me and given it to God! As I know he can do more than I can.
